Below is the link to your model's specs.

Under wireless connectivity, I do not see bluetooth listed. If it came with bluetooth, that is where it would be listed.

 

For example, you can see Bluetooth listed in the wireless connectivity section for this model PC:

I can now see that bluetooth is not installed on my laptop. I'll purchase a usb bluetooth now.
