Hi there

I’ve just purchased the msata Samung 850 EVO and also had problems about the boot on step 1.

Windows 10 doesn’t start with both msata and HDD attached.

I don’t want to clone the device. It’s more complicated to clone than too make a fresh install.

Can I skip steps 1-4 and begin only on step 5 where I’m going to BIOS and enable legacy support?

thanks

Yes, but first you have to load the operating system on the ssd hard drive and then continue with the procedure.

Can’t i load the operating system from a flash pen that i have and start from the step 5?

I was planning to create a usb drive with windows 10 and start from step 5.

HP Recommended

Yes.
