Hello,
I have ProBook 4530s, and I wonder is it possible to just use Amd radeon 6490M on Windows XP Pro? I can't find solution anywhere, my probook is to slow with intel HD.. Thanks.

dude i installed the drivers you mentioned, and my card stopped working, it wasnt getting detected on the ccc and couldnt switch over to the radeon graphics from intel, therefore i restored back to the original version. i think even though 7470m is the new name for 6490m, they both need their own drivers or something,

Hi,
does anyone knows how to see which one of the graphic card are being used?
I wanted it to use the best one all the time.
I found out how manually assign programs going to switchable graphic card settings but for example i change the Virtua Tennis 4 to high perfomance but it still says Intel Hd when should use Amd.
If i change to manually the switchable graphic cards,
V Tennis 4 uses Amd but Dirt 3 crashes windows 7 and have to unplug it.
I looked everywhere online and there is nothing clear about how to get use this switchable graphic cards.
Thanks.
Edit :
I think i foud an answer
