1.Click on windows start icon on the computer
2.Then on control panel
3. Click on Programms and navigate to Programs and Features.

It's not listed in Program and Features. I found the SOLUTION from another thread, to go to Start > Programs > HP > {the name of your printer} > 'click' on HP Product Improvement Study in order to 'opt out' of the program.
