HP Product Improvement Study - how do I stop the Popup?

Please tell me how to stop this popup from showing up 3 times a day!!!

May I know what pop up is that?

The HP Product Improvement Study. Options are- Participate, Aske me later and Decline. I hit Decline 3 times a day.

1.Click on windows start icon on the computer

2.Then on control panel

3. Click on Programms and navigate to Programs and Features.

It's not listed in Program and Features.  I found the SOLUTION from another thread, to go to Start > Programs > HP > {the name of your printer} > 'click' on HP Product Improvement Study in order to 'opt out' of the program.
