I have an HP G72, and my question is this: Because it is still under warranty, if I sell it to someone else, will the buyer be able to use the warranty in case something goes wrong?

I have asked this question on a private board here, if I get an answer I will post it.

 

Most PC makers have a way to do this, I just don't know for sure if HP offers this service.

Found this in the Warranty Term section, how you get it done is another question. Call HP or if you are in the USA, use the chat feature.

"If an end user transfers ownership of an HP product to another end user or company, the remainder of the warranty period may also transfer to the new owner."
