Hey had the same issue with a network adapter and hard drive found out it meant that it was disabled. To get the exclamation off go to that item on the bios and press Shift+1 to enable the device. Hope that helps

I am having a similar issue with my laptop, but mine is a dv9000. I can not get past the boot up screen and can not access the F11 system recovery. I get this screen;

Windows failed to start. Arecent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem;

1. Insert your windows installation disk and restart your computer.

2. Choose your language settings, and then click "Next."

3. Click "Repair your computer."

If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

Status: 0xc000000f

Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible.

..So what am I to do? I have a Windows 7 Home Premium installation disk, 64-bit. But i keep getting this screen, and it will not let me go into a system restore. It will not let me push any other option buttons either so I have no idea what to do.

Hello!

I had the same problem but I solved it by enableing Internal Network Adapter Boot in the System Configuration Menu...

Good Luck!
