I have an HP Pavilion dv4 with Windows 7.  I typically do jigsaws on my laptop and I suddenly am unable to drag the puzzle pieces.  Is there a setting that needs to be adjusted or some other simple solution?  The web site for one of the programs that is not working is http://www.uclick.com/client/hci/uj/.  I use this daily and find it frustrating to be unable to make it work.

Thanks for any help or suggestion.

Hi,

First of all, download and run the Shockwave uninstaller on the link below.

http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/shockwave/uninstall/win/sw_uninstaller.exe

After this has completed, restart the notebook.

When windows has fully reloaded, download and install the latest version of Shockwave on the following link.

http://get.adobe.com/shockwave/

Again, after this installation, restart the notebook again.  Let windows fully load, then connect to your Jigsaw site and see if the application initialises Ok and whether you can now move the pieces.

Regards,

DP-K
