ok sir thanx for ur effort i tried ur solution as i found the same problem but what i noted that some earphones models needs to adjust speakrs balance one side to 100% and other side to 0%
that i solved as much i tried so maybe the problem in plug-in system as i think
but where can i find the latest driver version for IDT sound card codec?
thanx again

Hi,
Right click the speaker icon in the Taskbar and select 'Playback Devices'. Left click the default device once to highlight it ( it's usually 'speakers & headphones' ) then click the Properties button. Click the Enhancements tab and put a tick in the box next to 'Disable all enhancements'. Click Apply to save the change and then click OK in all remaining windows and see if this has helped at all.

Hi,
Try the following.
Download the IDT Audio installer on the link below and save it to your Downloads folder.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp55001-55500/sp55026.exe
When done, open windows Control Panel, open Device Manager and open up Sound, Video and Game Controllers. Right click the IDT device and select Uninstall - you should also get a prompt to remove the current driver, tick the box to allow this and then proceed with the uninstall.
When complete, restart the notebook and let Windows fully load. Open your Downloads folder, right click on the IDT installer and select 'Run as Administrator' to start the installation. When this has completed, right click the speaker icon in the Taskbar and select Playback Devices. Left click 'Speakers and Headphones' once to highlight it and then click the Set Default button - check if there is any improvement in your audio.
