Where exactly do you see these files?

In the "C" drive. The very first folder is called "BurnIn Test test files". It has six files in iy called "bittest00001" through to 00006. They are each 94,644,922 KB. Add that all up and you have 477 Gb of a 523 Gb memory used up. What are they and can I delete them to free up some space on my harddrive? Thanks for getting back to me.

Its part of a stress test software you have installed or a repair shop installed, yes it is safe to delete
