Hi,

What is the operating system on your machine ? Please enable Microphone in Recording devices as follows:

1. Right click speaker icon (right hand corner)
2. Select Microphone devices
3. Right click Microphone
4. Enable it
5. Click Apply/Ok

Regards.

I had same problem after disabling the mic, this is how I resolved it:

Right click speakers icon on task bar.

Click on Recording devices.

Right click in box below where it says "Select a recording device below to modify its settings:"

Tick box "Show Disabled Devices".

You should see the Microphone icon appear.  Right click it and Enable. Sorted!

Hope this helps.
