Hi

You have a couple of options as I see it please try these steps might help you resolve your issue.

1) Once unit is powered on Keep tapping F8 key then select safe mode option click enter once unit loads to windows try doing the System Restore

2) Check if your Hard Drive and Memory are working fine on the unit. If any fails then you might have to replace the part.

3) If the test passes then you need to do a system recovery before that please back up your data as it will be lost.

Let us know how it goes!

Hi

Please use the F10 key and check if the unit is able to load to Bios run the HDD & Memory test check if both off them passes then you might have to run a recovery or if any test fails then you need to replace the part.
