I have a Soundstation 2201-03308-001.
The issue is, when I call our conferencing service and press a digit the service hears it as two digits. For example if I press '3' the service hears '33'. Is there a setting that can help this?

Found the problem. Had the user call me and then press a digit.
What I heard was the digit and then an echo of the digit from the surrounding room.
Putting the phone on mute while dialing resolved the issue.
