the Issue with the Polycom 2w is when the call off hook button is pressed to do a call out there is a ton of interefernce and no dial tone, it is really loud and piercing. I checked all connections and the pairing base is fine. we get the bong when the unit is rebooted and it syncs to base fine. the three leds light up. i confirmed the phone cord Rj11 is fine. Rebooted the Audio codes ATA and even did hard shutdown of the unit.
