We have a Lens environment that seems to work pretty well, but we have 2 issues that I can see... the first is bigger / more important than the second. 

 

Issue 1 - Every device that gets imported into Lens via DHCP shows as "Unknown" for the device name. In RPRM this would show the SIP address of the user logged into the phone. Is there any way to replicate this in Lens? 

 

Issue 2 - We had our VVX 601s set up to have 4 columns displayed on the screen for showing as many contacts as possible, is it possible to replicate this in Lens?

I suggest you open a support ticket if you are facing troubles with Poly lens.
