I am using POLY LENS software on WINDOWS 10, I am not able to make any changes on the control tab, it give me following error " Another APP is using this camera. Close it to to enable Preview and Settings, if that does not work, make sure the other app is not running in the background.
Please see the attached screenshot.
FYI there are no apps running in the background.
Is any one facing the same issue,
Can someone help here..?

Unfortunately, your post fell a bit short of the requirements we as a community would need to try and help you.
- Current Poly Lens Software version?
Also, do you have Open Broadcaster Software OBS installed?
