I have the same issue.
I had some Poly Trio 8800 with Visual+, 3 sets.
I selected all 6 devices in Poly Lens and clicked Remove.
Now I'm left with 2 Visual+ that I can't delete.
I have reported this as a bug, but as we all know, we can't the status of reported bugs, and have not heard anything about it.
So you are not alone with this issue.
