Can you instruct me how to turn it off. I have several more X50 to onboard and it will be confusing to our IT Operations team to see the TC8 offline even though it is connected.
Like i said the x50 itself works great and can be managed from lens.
Thanks,
Sam

Hi Sam, there is nothing really to "manage" on a TC8 in Lens like your X50. You can edit the device to reflect a Site and/or room. And you can read things like Serial number and Software version.
In the past I manage to get it connected (green) by factory reset the TC8 after removing from Lens (including the X30/X50).
