hi

im having HDX 7000 HD, the problem is android or iphone cannot detect the video only voice is coming when i try to make a call, video icon on android is cross mark, i already disable firewall but problem still happen

 

please advice,

Please work with your Polycom reseller and/or Polycom support directly as this needs troubleshooting on your network end.
