Using Lenono T410, Win 7 Enterprise......Have 5 licenses... had success downloading and installing RPD 3.1.0, received desktop Icon etc...When I try to launch RPD, I see the blue splash screen go through its progression....then the splash screen disappears...and same iteration each time I try to launch RPD.
Now, on other T400 laptops, I install RPD like on the other T410 above, and all works well.....both machines are all up to date
on drivers, bios, etc...
Can anyone think of what is happening.
Also, sometimes I do get a good RPD running and then I get no video view in it.... I know both integrated cameras and external cameras are working, but don't show up on this particular RPD session??????????
Thank You from the Guy who always asks.....and is grateful for answers from the community!!!!!!
Best
Larry

Hello Larry,
welcome back to the Polycom Community.
Are the Web Cam Drivers on the latest version or have you tried to plugin another external webcam ?
