We are having issues with Polycom RealPresence Mobile v3.8 Tablet edition where we will get very low call volume when having SIP calls placed over UDP on the device. We are not seeing this behaviour in version 3.7, as the call volume is all fine but as soon as the device is upgraded to RPM v 3.8, the call volume essentially goes down to like it was turned to 25%.
A device this is being used on is a Galaxy Tab S2 9.7" running Android 6.0.1. We have this exact same model and OS combination being used with RPM v3.7 without this issue.
Has anyone experienced this issue or know how to resolve it?

Hello TomAU,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
The correct way would be escalating this into Polycom support.
Do you use this with any other Polycom infrastructure?
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
