HP Recommended

We have an issue with RPM. If users have Verizon as a carrier they can call in using realpresence just fine. We can see and hear them and vice versa. Anyone else that has, say, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, they call comes in and we answer, but just get a black screen- no audio or video. We have a 700 series (and a 500) and a Sonicwall 6500. Thanks!
