l installed polycom app on samsung galaxy s6. unfortunately call cannot go through when lam calling someone .
Another thing is that , provisioning service is disabled. do you have any solution ?

Please provide more details like the software version that is being used and what Polycom infrastructure is being used.
Please check the FAQ for any tips in regards of Firewalls etc.
