Hello amorde,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
It is always useful to include the currently used Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.
In addition is this a standalone edition or subscribed to a RPRM for example ?
Does this work with other people and only fails with this one individual?

Hi.
I'm using Realpresence Desktop on my Windows 7 PC. RPD is on the latest version: 3.5.1.61139.
The issue I have with content sharing is that the icon doesn't show up at all as you can see on the attached screenshot.
ALready unistall and install again and the issue is the same.
Any idea?
Thaks

Hi Steffan.
Thank you for your answer.
I know the way to find the content share button, but what happens is that in some situations it doesn't appear,
I'm trying to find a pattern and seems to me that the Content Share Button desapears when the RPD is in individual account (trial version) and with only SIP activated. If I repeat the test, with H.323, it works fine.
Any Idea?
Thanks,
Paulo
