I need help about a customer RealPresence Desktop for Mac solution.
- When my customer connect to DMA/RPRM with his ID, he's been logged but he don't can to make a call. RPD gives he this error : Remote site unreachable
- When he changes the current Mac User, he does not have this problem.
I suppose this problem would come from a parameter related to the current user because when it is logged on to another session, it does not have this problem.
Reinstalling does not solve this problem. How do I fix this user-related issue?
