Hi,

I have installed the Realpresence Mobile on my Ipad 4 , When i connect to the Endpoints /Polycom RMX bridge , i am unable to receive any video or audio. However the Far site is able to see and hear ,me well.

I tried connecting the polycom test site as well but i am facing the same problem. I use a broadband to connect to the far site.

Note : the Realpresence Desktop works well in the same scenario

Can anyone suggest me a workaround.
