Does the application Real Presence Desktop compatible with the external camera Kandao meeting pro 360 ?

Welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

Real Presence Desktop application simply uses an available USB or built in Camera.

 

There are certain PC requirements and I advise to check the RPD release notes => here <=
