Video has block noise always, when RealPresence Mobile connects Avaya XT series EPs by H.264 High-Profile.
When RealPresence Desktop, HDX etc connects Avaya XT series EPs by H.264 High-Profile. Video is fine and there is no issues.
When RealPresence Mobile connects Avaya XT series EPs with disabled H.264 High-Profile. It means that connects by H.264 Basic-Profile. Video is fine and there is no issues.
So, it seems that Hi-Profile bug of RealPresence Mobile.
Could you fix this issue?

It is always useful to include the currently used Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

We are facing video qualty issue connecting with Avaya XT4300 from Polycom Realpresence Mobile Client App (free version).
Polycom Realpresence Mobile Client App is working fine with other EP viz Polycom, Lifesize on the same network.
Please let us know if there any settings that needs to be done for proper video and audio compatibility.
