welcome to the Polycom Community.
- Is this Galaxy Tab registered to any Polycom CMA or RPMM or is this just a H323 call?
- Are there any firewalls in your network if this call is made via a local WiFi or is this a public WiFi or 3G call?

dear Steffen,
- NO , H323 call direct from Galaxi to HDX4000 and RMX.
- connected via local wireless access point on the same LAN.
Note , Telepresence Software connected on the same setup and it is works perfect .

Hello saleem,
I recommend a Wireshark trace via a spanned Port on the HDX side and compare the traffic coming from the RPM and a Telepresence.

HI steffen,
please note that when we connect relpresence to HDX 4000 , in the digonistices page we found the TX video format is QVGA and no received video format ( video on Galaxi).
when connect Telepresence to HDX 4000 we can see in the dignostics page both Both video formate SIF in TX and CIF in RX .

the Tablet limitations or capabilities are all listed in the latest Release notes.
Currently the Software is 1.3.1 and the release notes are => here <=

Hi, i´m try to install realpresence MOBILE in a samsung tablet but in the "play store" when dowload the aplicattion says " Your device isn´t compatible with this version" and i dont use the aplicattion, please help me about this.
