Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2016

My HP Color Laser Jet MFP M477fnw has been leaving smudge marks (what looks to be letters/numbers)  down both sides of the paper when I print.  I have used this printer for over 2 years and this started about 2 months ago and is getting worse.  I have wiped off the ink roller and have replaced them all and this will not go away.  Any suggestions?  Are there still people that can come to my work office and fix this?  Thanks for any advise.
