Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro M452dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Laserjet M452dw is not printing black.  I have replaced the toner cartridge with brand new official HP toner and my supplies say 100 percent.  I have switched out the black toner with another one and it still will not print black.  On the supply page it will print the other three colors.  I also, updated the firmware on my printer and no luck. When I run a cleaning cycle, I get a solid black chevron. Why is my printer not printing black?
