Product: DeskJet 2600 All-In-One series (2652)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After running a print quality diagnostic and cleaning the cartridges twice at different levels, the magenta and light magenta color blocks are still missing. The color cartridge level is still estimated at over half and was printing color perfectly fine until about a week ago when it just started to only print in blue/green/yellow tones, there was/is no error codes given on the printer display to indicate cartridge issues.
