My blue ink cartridge does not work all blue print comes out pink.  I recently installed them, they are not expired.  I have unplugged my printer, waited 30 seconds and plugged it back in.  I have cleaned the printer heads, I have printed a test page, I have taken the cartridge out and shaken it to no avail.  Can you please replace it with a new blue ink cartridge for my HP All-In One Office Jet Pro Printer model # 8025.

I understand that you are facing issues with the print quality issues.

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues either the cartridges are faulty or the printer needs service.
