I want to print vinyl labels with a my home computer without a network. Can i have the hpeasystart_12_2_5163_01 exe file on the stand alone. If i buy the wireless printer can i install the printer using a cable and no wifi? I do not have internet access. Thank you my email is [Personal Information Removed]

This device has a USB port so connection is ok but it is unlikely you will be able to install without an internet connection and this device is not supported by UPD so that option is out as well.

Hi,

Download and install the printer using the HP Easy Start - Offline version below, then follow the installation on the PC:

Regardless, as you mention you would like to print vinyl label, please be aware that such a media is not supported by the printer, please keep that on mind if you experience any issues printing on Vinyl Paper, any supported media type is listed below:
