Product: Laserjet 400 M401dne
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When trying to make changes to network settings using the web interface kept getting "Configuration in progress by another Management Tool". Tried following instructions found in other posts to perform factory reset from control panel by holding right arrow and cancel while starting printer but received message "Menu access is disabled".
