Hi @Rolanda2,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

Kindly check if the product number you mentioned is correct.

It looks like the error code you're encountering, EBS00P0010, is related to a hardware issue with the printer. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve it:

Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary issues.

Check for Paper Jams: Make sure there are no paper jams or obstructions in the printer that could be causing the error.

Reset the Printer: Try resetting the printer to its factory settings. To do this, find the reset option in the printer's menu or refer to the printer's manual for instructions.

Update Firmware: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. You can usually update the firmware through the printer's settings menu or by visiting the HP support website.

Check Ink Cartridges: Ensure that the ink cartridges are properly installed and have enough ink. Sometimes, low ink levels can cause errors.

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it's best to contact HP support for further assistance.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Please mark this post as Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.
