Example: Pavilion Envy 6055e6530
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Setup a new Envy 6055e successfully. It works fine. Problem is it will not register the printer for HP+. I have done everything with no success. I have enclosed the photo of the message I get when it try's to open my account

Thanks
