I'm trying to login to EWS as administrator, but the default password (blank field) doesn't work! Can you help me? According to the forum, I need to do a factory reset... but how to do it???

Hi @SergeyNSP
(1) Print the network information page following steps from the next video:
- Turn ON printer
- Press Resume button for 15 seconds.
- >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vaf2VSEAq4Q&ab_channel=MULTI-FIX
(2) Then check in the Network information page where you find "PIN number"
and use that number to Log in into the EWS page.
* Click YES to say thank you,
* Click Accepted Solution when question is answered.
