Hello,
after the latest Windows 10 updates, the printer in question no longer prints documents from the pc, but prints the internal test page and also in windows 7 it works regularly and using Print Doctor does not detect errors.
The following error appears in the Windows 10 event viewer error: PrintService id 372
"Cannot print the document Print document owned by ***** on the HP ENVY 4500 series printer.
Try printing the document again or restart the print spooler.
Data type: RAW. Size of the spool file in bytes: *****. Number of bytes printed: *****
Total number of pages in the document: 2. Number of pages printed: 0.
Win32 error code returned by the print processor: *********.
Unspecified error. "
Thanks
I uninstalled and reinstalled the drive, but it doesn't change.
The PC is connected to the network via ethernet.

Up,
I partially solved it following this order:
I restored a previous Windows 10 image where it worked, (build 19041.572).
After checking that everything was ok, I uninstalled the printer, had the updates to version 20H2 build 630 redo and reset the printer started working again, although it still has a small problem that doesn't show up in Windows 7.
The problem would be this: if a cartridge is absent it does not print !!!
Let's wait if they update Windows 10 drivers .....

@alpha454, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
This model printer supports printing in a single-cartridge mode. Remove one ink cartridge and try making a copy to check the same.
Install the printer using the TCP/IP port and check if this helps:
- On the PC, go to Control panel > Devices and printers > Add a printer(at the top)
- Under 'Choose a device or printer', click on 'The printer I want isn't listed'.
- Select 'Add a printer using a TCP/IP address'
- Find the IP address of the printer by tapping on the wireless/ethernet icon on the printer screen
- Type in the 'IP address in Hostname or IP address' box, click next
- Proceed to the next steps by following the on-screen instructions.
- Try printing in color.
If the issue persists, Install the printer using Windows built-in driver
Refer to this document to know how. Try printing.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I tried to copy and print regularly.
I have also seen that if I print a page normally with only one cartridge, after the notification of the lack of a cartridge comes out, the printer stays still until I run troubleshooting in the control panel of the affected printer, then it starts.

In this case, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If the printer is out of warranty, you may continue to use the printer as it is or I suggest you upgrade the printer if required. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
Keep me posted for any other assistance.
