How to obtain mac drivers outside of Apple store

Is there a URL or FTP site available of printer drivers that one can download outside of the Apple store?

That link points to download of HP Easy Start. That is not a driver, just a helper application. That application points to HP Smart from the Apple Store.  Does HP provide drivers directly as this would be preferred for printer?

I am sorry that I am unable to explain that I do not want to go thru the Apple store to obtain drivers from HP.

After several attempts, I am certain now that HP does NOT provide drivers outside of the Apple store for Mac. Which means one MUST have an APPLEID to obtain HP drivers.
