We do not have the admin password for this printer and it needs to be set to factory defaults.  It wants the admin password if you attempt to perform a factory reset from the web GUI.  When user follows the same instructions on the panel of the printer, the option to reset is not under printer maintenance. I need the up, down, left, right, B, A, B, A, Start instructions to reset this thing.  My fellow gamers from the 80s will know what that means.

I've seen factory reset instructions sent from HP employees in this forum:

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Setup-Software-Drivers/How-do-I-reset-my-HP-OfficeJet-Pro-9010...

Can someone please send me a message with the information??

I  need to reset my Pro 9015 to factory settings but don’t have access to the username or password that was originally used to set up the printer. How can I bypass this and reset it so that I can create a new username and password.
