Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I get a message on the printer that it is not connected to hp instant ink.

However, the printer is connected to the internet (via wifi), I can connect to it from my network, and there are no errors being shown

I also have had this issue with my 4650 Office jet since Thursday afternoon.  I even had to go and purchase a new black ink because the printer wasn't notifying HP Instant Ink I would be out.

Could this possibly have anything to do with the recent 3G issue with cell phones and some other things like Car systems? I ran 2 updates to the driver AFTER I couldn't get my printer to connect.  It did NOT resolve anything.   I disconnected Printer, Laptop and Router separately and still NOT resolved.

My printer WILL print when I manually go to it and press CONNECT on the screen, but this is every time I print.

Any help is appreciated.

HI,

I fixed the issue by deleting the web services from the printer and then setting it up again.
