Hi, my mother used the Set-Up catridges for my new printer in her printer. So now I always get the notification "Use Set-up catridges", I put the catridges in my printer but they have been used in my mother's printer so now they don't "count" as SEt-Up catridges. I read online that you can't buy new SEt-Up catridges in store. I have no clue what to do now sinds I can't installe my printer without the Set-Up catridges. I tried to contact the Virtual Assistent but that didn't help me and since it's weekend I don't think I can contact the help service. Can someone help me? Kind regards, Lore Lammens

Hi @lorelammens
- Important Note: This steps only works for Envy 6010e printer models.
Try with the following steps to reset cartridges:
1. Turn ON the printer
and open the lateral hatch access door to the cartridges, until it locks in place.
Keep it open.
2. Keep the door open and then press the Wireless button for 5 seconds.
- (You need to turn printer to back and press Wireless button).
3. After that close the hatch access door for the cartridges, press down the door.
- Then just wait at least 10 seconds for the printer to restart.
4. Now check that there are paper in the printer and send a document to Print.
* Click YES to say thank you,
* Click Accepted Solution when question is answered.
