Hi team of the Forum,

 

I have been installing the HP Drivers for this device. I have used the HPJaserJet 2200 Native Driver of Windows 7 x64. I'm printing 300 pages of documents! It is work fine 🙂

Hallo, ich habe von einen freund den HP LaserJet 2100 bekommen nur der treiber ist nur für 32 bit system aber ich habe ein 64 bit system und den producktcode habe ich auch nich... Ich hoffe einer kann mir helfen...

I  am delighted to report that this worled like magic.

Just opened  control panel, devices & printers, found an incomplete list, asked for window update to update the list, found my laserjet 2100 pcl6 and in five miny=utes I had it hooked up and working.

Has HP fixed the 'Universal' PCL driver problem of not enabling 1200 DPI printing? I don't think so. It really pi.sses me off too. I have been a loyal HP buyer for many years. When I have been in engineering management positions, I always bought HP, but they can go phk themselves if they don't fix this 'universal' printer driver problem for Win7, Win8 and what ever crap McNazi$oft chooses to foist upon us.
