A short while ago, all of a sudden my eprint address stopped working. Found out web services was off on the printer, re-enabled on the printer and was assigned a new random eprint address. A few days ago, it happened again but I cannot re-enable web services on the printer. In the web admin interface, it was enabled along with eprint. Tried the static IP, Google DNS servers, restarting printer, router, laptop, everything. Decided to try disabling in web interface and now it won't re-enable there either. Wireless printing continues to work but not web services.

Hi @Nikkidee,
HP ePrint is not retired for your printer, you would need to install the latest firmware update for your printer to resume web services connectivity.
Pleae download and install the latest firmware, available within the Firmware category below:
