Hi,
Please try following below steps to restore Wi-Fi Setup mode for the printer:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1780623-1698506-16
Ensure you are connected to the wireless network from your device and open HP Smart, then follow the steps to setup a new printer and reconfigure its wireless connection through the app.
