HP DeskJet 3772 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer says it is connect to WI-FI and when I click on the icon on my laptop for the network, as shown in the instructions it is there.  The instructions said to click onto DIRECT-0C-HP DESKJET 3700 series and enter the password 12345678.  It comes back that it doesn't recognize this password.  I also tried to use my network password, it doesn't work either.  I've tried entering the password from my printer label also.  The blue light on my printer is on, Web Services light is on and WI-FI direct light is on.  Also, I am unable to Bluetooth my laptop (or my phone) to the printer, it will not find it.

Help please, I am ready to return this product.  I have been trying, watching video's, shutting off, turning on, etc.. for days.  I am however, able to connect using a usb cable.  I would like for the wireless to operate.

Thanks!
