I keep on following the HP Smart instructions to register my new printer but I keep coming to the same error message ending in 0001. I already missed the 7 day window to get 6 months of free Instant Ink service because of this error loop! Help?

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you are unable to enroll in the instant ink service.

 

To assist better -

 

  1. Please share the exact error message?
  2. Is the printer connected to a home or public network?
  3. If home, Is your router set to work on a 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
