Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Envy 5520 printer can see my T-Mobile 5G router but can't sign in. I enter the password and it just times out even though I'm able to connect to the network using the same password from my mobile phone and Lenovo laptop. I've configured the T-Mobile Gateway for both 2.4GHz and 5.0GHZ, but my Envy printer can't connect.

The printer cannot connect to 5GHz.

Reference User Guide >> Page 54

If you can do so,

Set the Router to broadcast on both 5GHz and 2.4GHz.

On your router, create a separate SSID named network for each frequency.

Connect your printer to the SSID named network for the 2.4GHz network.
