Unsurprisingly, that's how many things stop working.

OK one day, next day = broke

Unfortunately, by itself, your comments tell us nothing else about the situation.

 

A bit of information would help -

For example,

  • Operating System / version
  • The software / application used to open, view, configure, and submit the job to the printer.
  • The connection type (printer to network)

 

and

Have you completed the following --

  • Restart Everything, including the router that controls your network
  • Uninstall printer software / Restart / Reinstall printer software
  • Reset / Reinstall the HP Smart application
